We find the small, strategic parcels that link isolated forest fragments, then work with local conservation partners to buy and restore them.
Buys land
Degraded land between forest fragments is purchased and placed under permanent protection with a local partner.

Native trees and natural regeneration bring the forest back, absorbing carbon as it grows.
Prevents extinctions
Reconnected habitat gives endangered species room to move, breed, and climb to cooler ground as the climate warms.

Common questions
Will I get a tax receipt from Saving Nature?
No. You received your tax deduction when you contributed to your donor-advised fund, so your sponsor's records serve as your receipt. We'll send an acknowledgment of the grant instead.
Can I set up a recurring grant?
Yes. Most sponsors let you schedule monthly, quarterly, or annual grants. Recurring support helps us commit to land purchases with confidence.
Can I direct my grant to a specific project?
Yes. Add the project in the purpose or designation field of your grant recommendation and mention it in your note to us. Unrestricted grants go where the opportunity is most urgent.
Can a DAF grant pay for a pledge or get me event tickets?
Generally not. DAF grants can't be used for anything that gives you a personal benefit, and sponsors differ on pledges. Check with your sponsor before recommending the grant.
Can I name Saving Nature as a beneficiary of my DAF?
Yes. You can name Saving Nature, Inc. (EIN 84-2412702) as a successor or remainder beneficiary through your sponsor. Please let us know if you do, so we can thank you.
